The pet animal (dog, cat or ferret) must undergo a rabies antibody titration test in accordance with Annex IV to Regulation (EU) No 576/2013, as follows:

the test must be carried out on a sample collected by an authorised veterinarian at least 30 days after the date of vaccination and not less than three months before the date of movement

the test must measure a level of neutralising antibody to rabies virus in serum equal to or greater than 0,5 IU/ml

the test must be performed in an approved laboratory

The awarding of the title "Champion of Ukraine"
To receive the certificate "Champion of Ukraine", the citizens of countries FCI members with whom concluded an agreement "on the mutual recognition of titles" (Belarus, Bulgaria, Georgia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Russia, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Montenegro, Finland, Czech Republic, Estonia) provided 1xCAC obtained in CACIB dog show in Ukraine and Champion certificate of the country of residence of the owner of the dog, or 2xCAC from exhibitions rank CAC and Champion certificate of the country of residence of the owner of the dog.

The awarding of the title "Grand Champion of Ukraine"

For foreign citizens, the title of "Grand Champion of Ukraine" is awarded if there is issued the title of "Champion of Ukraine".

To receive the certificate "Grand Champion of Ukraine", the citizens of countries FCI members with whom concluded an agreement "on the mutual recognition of titles" (Belarus, Bulgaria, Georgia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Russia, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Montenegro, Finland, Czech Republic, Estonia) provided 1xCAC obtained in CACIB dog show in Ukraine and the certificate of the Grand Champion of the country of residence of the owner of the dog, or 2xCAC from exhibitions rank CAC and the certificate of the Grand Champion of the country of residence of the owner of the dog.
 CAC's must be awarded in Champion class.

Fee for the issuance of certificates of of a champion:

- For a foreign owner - 30 euro at the rate of National Bank of Ukraine on the payment date, provided through the registration department;

- For a foreign owner - 30 euro, the currency account UKU provided clearance through UKU
